We are so happy for you and your plans for a future together. As you plan and prepare for the celebration of your wedding, Our pastor, wedding coordinator and reception coordinator are ready to assist you in making your wedding a beautiful celebration that you will remember with joy forever.
Our sanctuary seats 150 in chairs, with the ability to add another 150 rental chairs. Off the sanctuary, the parlor is an ideal place for receptions and/or small informal weddings of not more than 100. Benson Hall, also used for less formal weddings, seats 150, while Fellowship Hall next to Benson is available for receptions and will seat up to 80 people at tables. Wedding party dressing rooms are available prior to the event. Space for the wedding is usually reserved for up to 4 hours prior to the wedding ceremony until 1 hour following the ceremony or reception.
Facility fees vary. For the sanctuary and parlor together, or Benson and Fellowship hall together, the cost is between $300 and $600 depending upon the length of time used. The parlor, Benson Hall or Fellowship alone is $150 - $300. Two or three dressing rooms are free of charge. Each additional room is $25.
An organist may be secured by the wedding party, but must be approved by the church. If you prefer to use the piano for your wedding, the church pianist, if available, would be happy to play for your wedding ceremony. Other musicians are welcome as well! A pre-recorded CD accompaniment is possible through our sound system.
Photos and Videos
Please arrange for your own photographer and/or videographer. All should be unobtrusive.
Flowers and candles are up to you. We have a variety of flower and candle holders/candelabras that you may use.
If you would like to hold your reception at our church, additional information will be provided. You may use an outside caterer or schedule our reception coordinator for a fee. Simple receptions are encouraged and no alcoholic beverages are allowed.
It is customary to provide the pastor, ours or someone else, with $100 - $400 in remuneration. Our wedding coordinator, which is required, asks for $300. Other fees include custodial for $125 and a sound technician for $60. An organist or pianist typically costs $200. Reception costs vary but our reception coordinator costs $150. All fees are due at the rehearsal.
